Thomas1), … married on 21 [apparent transcription error] November 1681 in Stratford, Connecticut (Barbour citing LR 1:432) Jonathan Pitman, … Jonathan and Temperance Pitman were baptized as adults in June 1689 (Stratford First Congregational Church Records, slip index citing 1:R-24). Both were admitted to the church in Stratford 22 April 1694 (Stratford First Congregational Church Records, slip index citing 1:R-17). She was possibly the Mrs. Pitman who, on 16 May 1725, was admitted to communion at the Stratford Congregational Church (Stratford First Congregational Church Records, slip index citing 1:R-30)."
