    "Levins, … Caleb, s. John, [born] 11 : 7m : 1644 [September 11, 1644] (court records, Suffolk Co. Quarterly Court.)"

This is almost certainly an error in the return from the Town Clerk to the Suffolk County Court. The town record calls Peter and Andrew twins (not triplets) while the County record has "Caleb" born on the same day as the twins. There is no other record evidence to the existence of a son Caleb in this family.
