Jones having made application for a LICENSE for himself and Mary Ann McNeff and being duly sworn, says that he is of the age of 32 years and has no wife living: and that Mary Ann McNeff is of the age of 21 years and is a residence of said County, and has no husband living, and that said parties are not nearer than second cousins.
