The State of AL, Henry Co Know all men by these presents that we JB Hasty and C L Minor, do hold and firmly bound unto the State of AL, in the penal sum of $200; for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and each and every heirs, executors & administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with seals and dated the 24th day of Jul 1871, The condition of the above obligatior is such that if there be no lawful cause why Mr J B Hasty & Miss Sarah A E Chaney should not be joined together in the holy union of matrimony, then this obligation to be boid otherwise to remail in full force and virtue.
