Age 58, 29 April 1729 CHLR Q#2 36:275.age 63, 6 April 1733 CHLR R#2 3732. Age 65, 7 April 1736; CHLR T#338:98. Age, March 1758, stated that 40 years ago he lived on WilliamCollier's land, which was held as part of Simpson's Supply, andwishing to know the bounds of said part he applied to the WidowCornish, who went with him to a branch called Cornish's Spring Branchand showed him a marked poplar, etc, which parted her land andCollier's, and the line ran from the said poplar to a white oak byMary Wises old field, etc, and that Mary Wise was one of the daughtersof the widow Cornish by her husband Garrard Brown, and Jane Woodward,another of the said daughters (as he understood) and he never heard ofany other children of the said Gerrard Brown, and also he understoodthat the heirs of Gerrard Brown held 100 a. of land in Simpson'sSupply and 100 a. in the Christian Temple Manor, and he understood[that] the widow Cornish lived on Simpson's Supply, and that about 43years ago he asked John Woodward if he lived on the Manor and heanswered no, he lived on Simpson's Supply, but very near the manorline and that about the same time the widow Wise told him she lived onthe manor, and he had lived in a house by the house wherein Ann Burnlived; CHLR H#3 52:425.
