    Petition of Thomas Rookwood, re Saint Davids and a tract adjoining lying at Chingawixon. Henry Tanner, age 70 odd years, that Mathew Dike 34 years ago shewed him a white oak. William Thomas, aet 50. John Franklin, aet 47, that Edward Rookwood about 13 years ago told him that the hickory Levell on the north side where one James Allen now lives was the heart or about the middle of the land called Saint Davids.
