9) Mary Polly Davis m. John Fanning b. 1769. 1799 - Feb: Polly Davis presented a petition to court and she was granted the right to bring action against her husband John for alimony.
The 1810 U.S. Federal Census shows that they had a household and family in Wythe, Virginia. [1]
The 1880 U. S. Federal Census shows that their daughter Delia (Fanning) Petts stated that she was born in Virginia (1803), and that both her mother and father were born in Virginia. [2]
