Great Migration has not found reputable evidence of Hannah's surname. She was definitely not the daughter of Capt. John Seaman, since John Carman's will of 1684 mentions no wife, indicating she had deceased at least 10 years before Capt. John Seaman wrote his will that named his still-living daughter Hannah Carman.
