8 May 1721: John Barnes of Boston Merchant and Elizabeth his wife in their own names and John as agent and attorney for Joseph Hayden of Wapping County of Middlesex [England] and Alice his wife, Jonathan Perrie of London [England] Merchant and Anne his wife, John Wood of Wapping and Mary his wife for £100 convey to Jacob Gale of Boston shipwright half of a parcel in Boston 15 rods by eight rods formerly the estate of Freegrace Bendall.
