John Baily no birth date, but on October 6, 1854 married Mary E. Keff. They were found in the 1860 census in Logan Twsp; living with Tabitha Keff, which could have possibly been her Mother. This is the only information on them except for the fact that they evidently had a daughter: a. Ellen Baily, born in 1857
