Apparently, Johannes left Sweden for U.S. in 1898. He and his wife were apparently married in Chicago. They moved back from the U.S. to Orkelljunga, (South) Sweden on April 23, 1915. There were no children with them when they moved to Orkelljunga. If they had any children they must have stayed in the U.S. On October 19, 1917, they moved to Tastarp from Orkelljunga.
