Family:Jeremiah Yeager and Anna Sparr (1)

Margaret Sparr (sixth child) married Jeremiah Yerger, February 10, 1820, and has five children: David, Christian, Polly, Elizabeth, and Margarette. David Yerger was born January 23, 1821, married Mrs. Dunlap, of Somerset county, and resided there until his death. He had one daughter, Mary L., who resides with her mother at Myersdale. Christian Yerger was born August 19, 1823, married to Jane Toole, and has five children: Mary M., James, John, Ellen S., and Annie E., all of whom are unmarried, except John. Polly Yerger was born December 25, 1826, and died at the age of about twenty-five years. Elizabeth Yerger was born September 24, 1829, married Robert Thompson of Erie, and they have five children: Alice, Charles, Frank, Walter, and George. Margaret Yerger was born May 1, 1832, married Jacob Ropp, and went to Iowa, where she died May 15, 1852. Jeremiah died 1884.
