- Jesse Gee states upon his Oath that he is acquainted with Elizabeth Gee for whom a license is requested to intermarry with Jeffrey W. Ross and that he truly believes said Elizabeth is 21 years of age.

- We, the undersigned, are jointly and severally held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of L50, to be made and levid of our respective goods, chattels, lands and tenements, and for the use of the Commonwealth--upon the condition that there is no lawful cause to obstruct the marriage of Jeffrey W. Ross and Elizabeth Gee
