1. That P and D intermarried at Vale in the county of Malheur State of Oregon on or about the 1st day of April 1895.
2. That the P is and has been a resident of the State of Oregon and of Malheur County for the last past ten years.
3. That since said marriage the D has treated her in a cruel and inhuman manner, rendering life burdensome, in particular as follows: Janaury 1899 without cause or provaction D struck P with open hand in face, a violent blow. January 1899 D cursed P using vile and indecent language. On Jan. 4th 1900 D called P a son of a bitch and became very violent and abusive toward P and ordered her to pick up her clothes and go to "hell" thereby forcing P to take their little child and quit their home.
4. That the issue of said marriage is one child, to wit, Mable Westfall aged four years and that said child is living.
