    3. Isaac Veatch, b. Aug. 25, 1756; served in the Revolutionary War, in 1779 was in the regiment commanded by Col. Uriah Goodwin; was captured by the British at the battle of Camden, in 1780 and died a prisoner of war, leaving no posterity.
