The 1852 Griffiths Valuation places James McMahon, neighbour of Patrick Arthur and John Hickie (presumably the same as witnessed the 1842 marriage) at map reference 1 7 in Reboge. James was leasing a house, office, and land from from the Rev. Thomas Otwell Moore with a net annual value of 4 pounds 10 shillings.
