    25 Mar 1725: Isaac Wilkins of Salem Husbandman & Anna his wife late Ann Foster formerly wife of Ebenezer Foster of Salem Deceased, whereas Ebenezer Foster in his will made widow Anna sole executor and gave her whole estate, and if she remarried one third and able to dispose of the rest of the advancement of her children, and in consideration of £250 paid by Jonathan Foster of Boston cordwainer, eldest son, convey a messuage or tenement with 18 1/2 acres in "North feild in Salem" to Jonathan Foster.
