Hiram F. Baily was born January 15, 1854 in Fountain Co. and on May 2, 1887 he married Cynthia A. Cook who was born December 16, 1864. He passed away October 8, 1945 and she on October 23, 1945 and they both were laid to rest in Rockfield Cemetery. They had one son:
a. Sherman Baily, born March 11, 1888 and on November 29, 1927 he married Myrtle Hulen. He passed away May 23, 1949 and also was laid to rest in Rockfield.
