Family:Grant Miller and Edith Morton (1)

Grant's full name was U.S. Grant Miller and his father Christian was b. in 1826 in PA and his mother was Lucinda and was b. 1824 in PA and d. in IA Grant's grandfather was John H. Miller.

Grant and Ede had six children. They were Fred Miller, b. 1/2/1899 in IA, d. 5/12/1959 in N.D. He m. 11/28/1929 Elna Marie Jensen, who was b. in 1906 and they had 11 children. The second child was Nellie Miller b. 2/9/1900 in Glendon, IA, she d. in ND and she m. 12/30/1923 to Laurence Erickson who was b. in ND and d. in Minot ND, and they had five children. Laurence had a daughter from a previous marriage. The third child was born in 1901 and d. in 1901. His name was Frank Miller and he was born in IA and d. in IA. The fourth child was Clarence Miller who was b. in 1903 in Velva, Ward Co. ND and d. 1985 and was married @1937 to Lillian Anderson. The next child was Glenn Miller, b. 1905 and d. in 5/27/1994 in ND and he married @1937 to Lucille Simon who was b. 1909 in MN and his second wife was Lois Nopp Swedland and they were married around 1986 in ND. The last child was Bert Miller, b. 1907 and d. 5/12/1989 in Minot, ND at the Rosehill cemetery.^S1
