Apparently they had another son? F. McD. Kennedy..died 21 Nov 1861 at age 11 mos...bur Bethesda Cem lot 99...Haldimand twp, Northumberland co, Ontario, Canada.

One of the 3 daus married a Robert Mulholland (res Toronto, Ontario) who lived in Cobourg at one time and ran the hardware. His wife may have been Marguerite.
Whichever dau this was died (? Aug 1905) at Nelson, British Columbia, Canada and had a dau who was (in Aug 1905) a widow of _____ Curren, also res Toronto.

Judging from the childrens' birthyears in the 1861 & 1871 censuses Haldimand twp, Northumberland co, Ontario...the parents must've immigrated to Canada from Scotland w/2 oldest children (George & Mary) circa 1854-1856.

Elaine Heskitt's notes give marriage date as 10 Mar 1853.
