Ida May's obituary read, "Mrs. George Halbig, 48, former Miss Ida Falls of this city, died in Philadelphia, Pa., following a long illness, according to word received here. Funeral services and burial will take place in Philadelphia. Survivors include the husband: a son, George Hablig, J., of Philadelphia; four sisters, Mrs. Etta Townsend of Monroeville, Mrs. Susan Ternet and Mrs. Ruth Rodenbeck of this city and Mrs. Glenola Hewitt of Philadelphia, and a brother, Kenneth Falls of St. Louis, Mo."
