He died in January 1575 and was buried 26 January 1575 in Tasburg, Norfolk [citing Parish Register of Tasburg, Norfolk, England]. Jane (_____) Hales Benedict would have been born in the early 1520's. No burial records have survived for the parish of Hapton, Norfolk before 1650. However, Jane's will was dated 11 June 1578 and proved on 18 June 1578 in this same parish [citing Will of Jane Benedict, Hapton, Norfolk, England, transcribed by this writer].'
