- Henry Head, a Revolution pensioner, was living with Henry G. Head in Duanesburgh 1 Jun 1840. On 19 Nov 1849 he testified before Matthew Rector, JP, in Schenectady County on behalf of a former neighbor: "Henry Head aged ninety-four years and a resident of Duanesburgh, deposed he was a Revolutionary War pensioner and during the War he had known Gamaliel Taylor who lived in Fishkill adjoining Beekman, Dutchess County. He had also known Anna Losee (Taylor's wife) before her marriage."
- ↑ Anna (Losee) Taylor stated in a pension application that she was married in the winter of 1782 at the residence of the minister, Rev. Reisdeck at Hopewell, Dutchess County and that her sister was present, as were Stephen Van Voorhis and his wife, Baltus Vielie and others. She and her husband Gamaliel Taylor eventually settled in Canada.
