GRANTS DIVORCE DECREE Decree of divorce, on grounds of gross neglect of duty, was granted by Judge Savord, after having had the case under advisement for some time, to Marie B. Overbeke, Vermilion, from Frank G. Overbeke, same address. The court ordered the plaintiff to pay to defendant, who was represented by Krueger. Rosino, Moyer and O'Hara, the sum of $750, in consideration of which the defendant be divested of all interest in property owned by his wife. Parties were married at Erie, Pa., 13 years ago.
