in the matter of the tutorship of the minors, Leslie, Mildred and Freddie Brock. To the honorable Prentiss B. Carter, Judge of the Twenty Sixth Judicial District Court of Louisiana, for the Parish of Washington. The petition of Walter V. Brock of age and a resident of the County of Walthall State of Mississippi, with respect shows that he is the Uncle, being the brother of the deceased father of the minor[s] and that the minors Leslie, Mildred and Freddie Brock are now under his control and he is looking after the support of the said children. He further shows that there is property in the state of Mississippi belonging to the minors and that he has been appointed guardian of the said minors in the fourth chancery district of Mississippi on the fifth day of May 1924 and has given bond in accordance with law and letter of guardianship have issued to him according to law as will appear by letters of guardianship hereto annexed and made part of this position. Petitioner further shows that he feels that it would be to the best of interest to the minors that he be appointed and qualified as tutor of the said minors by the Twenty Sixth Judicial Court of Louisiana in and for the Parish of Washington, in order that he may have the custody of the funds of the said minors as well as the custody of the persons.
