Bernice Frombolo to Wed Sunday

    Standing before the altar of St. Mary's Catholic Church, decorated with baskets of white gladioli and potted palms, Miss Bernice Adele Frombolo will say the words which will make her the bride of Mr. Ernest Joseph Massei tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock.
    The Rev. Father Vincent Breen will perform the ceremony.
    Escorted by her uncle, Mr. Henry Frombolo, the bride will wear a white moire dress with leg-o'mutton sleeves and a full skirt made en traine.  Her fingertip veil will be attached to a halo cap.  She will carry a shower bouquet of gardenias and lilis of the valley.
    Miss Dorothy Vigna, cousin of the bride, will wear a gown of nile green net over a taffeta slip.  Her halo hat will have a short veil and her flowers will be tallisman rosebuds.
    The two bridesmaids' dresses are fashioned alike in redingot style.  They will wear silver tiaras with short veils.  Mrs. Caeton Freitas will be in coral net over a matching taffeta slip and Mrs. John Noli in orchid net over orchid slip.  Their flowers will be old-fashioned bouquets tied with pastel shades of ribbon.
    Little Miss Nadine Adele Frombolo, 5-year-old cousin of the bride will be flower girl.  In a long dress of pink taffeta with net ruffles, the skirt trimmed with bows of blue velvet, she will carry an old-fashioned bouquet of pink baby roses.
    Mr. Lionel Massei will attend his brother as best man and ushers will be Mr. Anthony Ratto and Mr. John Noli.
    The bridal Party will enter to "Lonhengrin's Bridal Chorus" and incidental music including Gounod's "Ava Maria" will be played during the ceremony with Mendelssohn's recessional at its conclusion.
    The bride's mother, Mrs. Della Frombolo, will wear black lace trimmed in satin and a corsage of gardenias.  The groom's mother Mrs. Aurelio Massei, will be in beige lace with British tan accessories.  Her flowers will be a gardenia corsage.
    Relatives and out-of-town guests will be received at a home reception.  A large wedding cake will center the bride's table and baskets of white gladioli will bank each side of the fireplace. 
    Serving will be Mrs. Hazel Montel, Mrs. Edna Frombolo, Mrs. Alice Harris, Mrs. Claudie Vigna, Mrs. Mary Termini and Miss Mildred Raggio.
    The couple will make their home in Stockton following a motor trip to San Francisco, Los Angeles and Catalina Island.

Bernice Frombolo, To-Be Bride, Is Complimented

    Miss Bernice Frombolo, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Frombolo, was the honored guest at a miscellaneous shower given by her mother at her home Wednesday evening.  Miss Frombolo will become the bride of Mr. Ernest Massei Sunday, Sept. 19.
    High score prizes for the evening's play were won by Miss Margaret Sjoquist, Mrs. Jessie Dougherty and Mrs. Hazel Montell.
    Supper was served at a large table centered with a silver bowl of pink and white flowers and tapers in silver holders.  Gifts were presented to the bride-elect in an attractively decorated basket, covered inthe pink and white colors of the evening.

Miss Bernice Frombolo Is Complimented Guest at Surprise Linen Shower

    Mis Bernice Frombolo, whose wedding to Mr. Ernest Massei will take place at St. Mary's Church September 19, was the complimented guest at a surprise shower Wednesday eveing at the home of Mrs. C. Vigna.  Mrs. E. Termini and Mrs. Vigna were co-hostesses, assisted by Dorothy Vigna.  Miss Frombolo was presented with linen gifts.
    Refreshments tables were decorated in orchid and pink.
