  3.   No mention of this marriage is given in Source:Ward, Andrew Henshaw. Genealogical History of the Rice Family : Descendants of Deacon Edmund Rice, who leaves a 6 year gap with no marriage for Earl. No death record is found for Betsey Rice, and no children were born to provide evidence this marriage happened. However, no other Earl Rice is found in the records and this marriage follows appropriately after the death of his wife in 1816, so is believed to belong to him. "Mrs. Betsey White" hasn't been identified.
