No marriage record was found for Dread and Millie in Sumner Co., TN. Based on the birth dates of their presumed children, they married sometime prior to ca 1804. What is the proof of her maiden name?

Millie Bruce is the documented daughter of William Bruce, neighbour to Dread Dugger. Millie is documented as Millie Dugar in the lawsuit of Jane Duff Bruce vs. heirs of William Bruce of Sumner Co TN. She is also docuemnted as Millie Bruce on the death certificate of her daughter Lucinda Dugger Edwards in Gallatin Co Illinois Dec. 1819.
