Annetje is said to be the wife of "Dirck Janse Woertman" in the will of Annetje's father, Aucke Jansen Van Nuys, which was written 15 May 1694.

No actual marriage record has yet been found but the couple did sign a prenuptial agreement on 9 April 1691. At that time both of them were from Brooklyn. The witnesses were "Auke Jansen and Jacobus Vandewater". On the 4th of June 1691, Annetje signed an inventory of her estate in the presence of "Derick Janse Woortman, Jacobus Vandewater."
