Marriage Record

Known all men by these presents that we David Harbison and William Harbison are held and firmly bound unto our soverign Lord the King his Heirs and Successors in the sum of fifty pounds currenty money of Virginia. for the payment where of will and truly to be made we bind oursleves our heirs, estors, and adtors, jointly and severally firmly by these present, Sealed with our seals and dated this 25th day of June 1773.
The Condition of above obligation is such that where as the marriage shortly intened to be had and solemized between the above David Harbison and Chaterine Dougherty is there of these be no lawful cause to obstruct the said marriage that then this obligation to be void. Otherwise to remain in full force and virture.
