Mr David Gale of Warwick entered his intentions of Marriage with Miss Augusta Godard of Orange } October 5th 1818.
- ↑ Allred, p. 109, puts Person:Emma Crane (7) into this family adding the surname Gale to the three names used in the birth record. But her birth record is separated from the Gale family listing by a solid line and there is no such person found in census record for this family, nor any death record to explain such absence. Allred appears to have misread the record in indicating that she married, hurting her credibility. So while Emma's correct parents haven't been identified, she does not appear to belong to this family.
