Daniel Sherritt was named as the father of Catherine Sharret on her marriage bond in Augusta County, Virginia, 9 June 1791. He was again named as the father of Catherine on a second marriage bond in Augusta County, dated 12 September 1793. Apparently the first marriage never took place. Daniel Sharrets was named as the father of Elizabeth Sherrets at her marriage in Augusta County, 20 June 1792.
