Cliff's obituary reads, "Funeral services for Clifford Rodenbeck, 65, of 1015 Rivermet Ave., will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home, Rev. A. Hunter Colpitis officiating. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery. Mr. Rodenbeck died at 3:20 a.m. yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient two weeks. A native of Toledo, he retired in 1963 after 23 years service at the General Electric Co. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of American Legion Post 47. Surviving are his wife, Ruth; a daughter...a son...; three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Murphy, Mrs. Letha Payer, and Mrs. LaVerna Franke, all of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Paul and Wilbur, both of Fort Wayne; and four grandchildren. Ruth's obituary read, "Ruth J. Rodenbeck, 99, died Saturday at Woodview Health Care Center. Born in Monroeville, she was a homemaker. Surviving are a son...a daughter; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Her husband, Clifford, died in 1964. Services at 10 a.m. Monday at D. O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Calling from 2 to 6 p.m. today. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to Crescent Avenue United Methodist Church."
