JENNA LAUG IS MARRIED Miss Jenna V. Laug, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Laug of Coopersville, became the bride of Dr. Claude J. Kemink of Muskegon on Saturday at 5 o'clock in Klise Memorial chapel. The Rev. J.H. Bruggers of Coopersville, and the Rev. Henry Beets of Grand Rapids, officiated at the service. Approximately 50 guests witnessed the ceremony which was performed before an alter decorated with forsythia and candelabra. Donald Bore of Ludington sang "Because" and Grieg's "Ich Liebe Diche." He was accompanied by John Termaine of Traverse City, organist, who also played the traditional marches. The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a gown of brocaded white mousseline de sole. Her fingertip face veil was held in place by a seed-pearl coronet. She carried an arm bouquet of white iris. Miss Charlotte Ter Avest of Coopersville, attend the bride as maid of honor. She wore a pale yellow organdy gown trimmed in lace. In her hair she wore a coronet of blue iris and pink snap-dragons and the same flowers were repeated in her bouquet. Nancy Kemink of this city, as flower girl, wore a pale yellow organdy frock and Richard Pettis of Muskegon was ring-bearer. He wore a white suit and carried the ring on a white organdy pillow covered with sweet peas. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Laug of Martin were master and mistress of ceremonies. Andrew Bovich of Muskegon was best man and ushers were John Bovich and Darryl Swenson, both of Muskegon, also. Following the ceremony a reception was held in the home of the bride's parents. For a wedding trip to Florida, the bride chose a black pin-striped suit with which she wore a white blouse and black accesories. Image Gallery
