Dorcas is buried in Whittemore Cemetery in Bridgewater, NH. There is much circumstantial evidence to believe that she was the second child born in Yarmouth MA to John Taylor and Susannah Ryder who moved sometime before 1800 to New Hampshire. They may have had several more children after that as Susannah is buried in Center Haverhill Cemetery along with first child Sarah Taylor Kezer and next to Hannah Taylor Cheney (not listed as a child born in Yarmouth).
