  3.   Cutter gives no indication of who the second wife might be (nor does Hall). By age, one might suspect she is the Mary --- who married George Bennett, s/o George Bennett and Lydia Kibby, since George Jr. was about the same age as Andrew Hall. But there is not enough information readily available to tell if this is plausible: no death records, etc. George Bennett and wife Mary appear to have had one child only, Lydia b. 1706, who herself apparently had 3 illegitimate children: Esther Woods 1725/6, and twins Nathan and Samuel Fisk in 1730.
