Marriage Certificate #155 Alpheus Baxter to Malinda Heart. State of Minnesota, District Court for the County of Dodge. To any person lawfully authorized to solemnize marriages within said State:
Know Ye, that License is hereby granted to join together as Husband and Wife, Alpheus BAXTER of the County of Dodge and State of Minnesota and Malinda HEART of the County of Dodge and State of Minnesota; being satisified by the oath of said Alpheus Baxter that there is no legal impediment thereto.
Therefore this shall be your sufficent authority for solemnizing the marriage of said parties, and making return thereof as provided by law.
In Testimony where of, I have here unto set my hand and affixed the seal of said District Court, at Mantorville, this sixth (6) day of September 1879.
