SCHIMMENS, Myrtle Viola Rubina Gone to her heavenly rest on Wednesday, June 16th, 2004 at the age of 91 years. Myrtle Schimmens (nee Cameron) of 1111 Pembroke Street West, Pembroke, (Heritage Manor). Dearly loved wife of 50 years to Allan Schimmens (1988). Dear mother of Ivan Schimmens (<living wife>), Pembroke and <living> Schimmens (wife late Mila), Pembroke. Darling and treasured grandmother of <names of living individuals have been removed> Precious great-grandmother to 13. Predeceased by grandson Kevin Schimmens; parents John and Emma Cameron (nee Boisvert); brothers Hugh and Stewart Cameron and sisters Della Mills, Isabel Wingate and Charlotte "Lottie" Lenahan. Sister-in-law to Jean Cameron, Deep River. Survived by several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held in Zion Evangelical United Church, Pembroke on Saturday, June 19th at 11 a.m. Private Family Interment in Zion Ev. United Cemetery. (As an expression of sympathy, donations to Zion Ev. United Church would be appreciated). Arrangements by the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
