«u»Alice Westfall«/u» being duly sworn, deposes and says that she knows «u»Miss Josie Blake«/u»; that she is a resident of the county of «u»Malheur«/u», State of Oregon; that she is over the age of «u»15«/u» years, and that there is no legal impediment to the marriage of said «u»Josie Blake«/u» with «u»Alfred S. Mullen«/u» a resident of «u»Malheur County Oregon«/u» who is over the age of twenty-one years. «u»to-wit 22 years.«/u» Handwritten: and further that Mrs. A. Blake gives her consent to the marriage of her daughter, Josie Blake, as above stated, she being the only parent living of the said Josie Blake.
