Fay Genealogy : John Fay of Marlborough and His Descendants adds three more children: Joshua, Eli and Edward, presumably to this marriage, but gives no dates, nor are such birth records found in Southborough VRs. It repeats some family tradition that there were 7 sons and 3 daughters by each wife, then gives the first wife only nine children leaving 11 for the second. It omits Ezra who is explicitly named in the records, giving his birthdate to Eunice, and than adds a "Son" with no birth date. It is not clear if this son is the same as Ezra, reflecting a defect in somebody's memory or confusion by the author, but in general, this source does seem precise enough to be copied without verification. There is no probate found, so basically, verification means the Southborough VRs here. So the last three children have been left off, there seeming to be no place where their births fit except at the end, when the mother would have been approaching 45.]
