Article Covers I have many ancestors that immigrated to the United States from England in the 1850-1870 with the gathering of the Saints to Zion. Most of my knowledge about England comes from the research I have done on the Longmore surname in the Bridgnorth, Shropshire area and the period of 1700 - 1860. I think it is time for me to start to broaden my perspective some. This is a good place to start. How much of research is all the same for the various place in England? Will I find many differences from place to place or will it be almost the same everywhere?
