Page County is a county located in the U.S. state of Iowa. It is named in honor of Captain John Page of the 4th U.S. Infantry, who was mortally wounded in the battle of Palo Alto. The population was 15,932 in the 2010 census, a decline from 16,976 in the 2000 census.[1] The county seat is Clarinda.
