A united coastal parish in the Lorn district of Argyllshire, containing the town of Oban and the castle of Dunstaffnage. Kilmore church, 4.5 miles SSE of Oban, dates from the latter half of the 15th century. Kilbride church, about 3 miles south of Oban, dates from 1740.
