Theydon Mount is a village and a civil parish in the Epping Forest District of the county of Essex, England, close to the M25 motorway (London's outer ring road).

Nearby settlements include the town of Epping, the villages of Theydon Bois, Theydon Garnon, Stapleford Tawney, the hamlets of Hobbs Cross, Passingford Bridge, Mount End and Fiddlers Hamlet. Theydon Mount Parish has an area of 632 hectares and a population of 163 people.

The parish was part of the Ongar Rural District from 1894 until 1955, the Epping and Ongar Rural District from 1955 to 1974, and since 1974 it has been located in the Epping Forest District of Essex.
