Danville is a city in Vermilion County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 33,027.[1] It is the principal city of the Danville, Illinois, Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses all of Danville and Vermilion County. It is the county seat of Vermilion County.
