From the Durham GenWeb website

Location: East end of Bowmanville on Highway #2

Access: From Highway 401, take Liberty Street cut-off and follow Liberty Street north through the town to Highway #2 (King St). Turn right and follow the highway to the east end of the town. The cemetery is on the crest of a hill, just past the zoo, on your right side (south). If coming in from east of Bowmanville, if you come to the zoo you have gone just a little too far, turn around and go back to the crest of the hill.

What you will find: This is the only active cemetery in the township. It is well treed and well kept. If you wish to locate a grave it is best to check at the town hall for a map and a grave location, as the cemetery is quite large. Parking is on the wide grass verge on the roadside. If the gates are open you may drive in.
