.. John Moose (June 22, 1777), the third son of George, Sr. married Susanna Heffner. They settled in Iredell County and had the following children: Daniel (1797-1888), David (1798-1891) married Adeline Crawford, Mary Polly (1801-1873) married Rev. John Gunn, John Lewis (1803-1888) married Sarah Beaver and migrated to Arkansas about 1828, Elizabeth (1805-1880's ) married John Matheson and migrated to Illinois, Susan (1806-1896) married Osborn Lowrance and went to Texas, Joseph (1809-1885) married Polly Alexander, Annie (1811-1989) married James Dowdy. Nancy Melissa (181 4-1858) married Jesse Austin, Andrew (1824-1885) married Harriet Matheson and had ten children. Two of these children went to Texas and one to Indiana. ...
