Second To my true & faithful wife Susan Elizabeth I bequeath all my Estate of every kind & description of which I may die possessed, for her own proper use & benefit, control & disposal, fully believing her competent, when she shall have done with it of disposing of it among our Children as shall be just & equitable. And furthermore I hereby nominate, constitute, & appoint her sole executrix to this my last will & Testament, as Witness my hand, Thomas Taber amen

Second, Upon the Decease of my Wife Susan Elizabeth, I give & bequeath to my youngest Daughter "Ellen Groom" the piano Forte, the pair of framed photograph's of her Father & Mother, the best Beadstead, bedding & sufficient other furniture for one room,
