Robert Jackson contested the will of William Washburn in 1659 on behalf his two daughters, children of a deceased daughter of William. An expense submitted mentioned caring for these daughters for 3 years, leading to the conclusion the mother died 1656. Sarah was the oldest of the two, so born about 1654.

Moore uses the date 10 Jun 1733, raising the possibility this is a record-keeping error. See also Salmon Records.]
