Death took place between 25 July and 3 October 1695. (TAG 15:51) 15:51: An inventory of the estate of Samuel Holbrook, late of Weymouth, deceased, was taken 3 oct 1695, and was presented by Lydia Holbrook, the widow, 4 Jun 16969. On 28 Jun 1711, the real estate was ordered to be apprized, and a settlement was made 7 July 1711, which listed as heirs: Samuel the Eldest Son; his mother Lydia Allen formerly Holbrooke, wife of Joseph Allen of Brantrey; Elizabeth Wales, wife of Elkanah Wales of Braintree, weaver; John Holbrook; Sarah Holbrook-- both of Braintree; and Abiah Holbrook, a Minor. The total value was L209-10, and Samuel was to pay to each of the other heirs L23-5-6 1/2, and upon the death of his mother was to pay each of the others L11-12-9.
